As part of our continuing discussion concerning diversity initiatives in the legal market, the ALA Capital Chapter is hosting a Diversity Town Hall discussion in conjunction with the chapter’s business partners. The goal of the Diversity Town Hall is to:
• Provide continued visibility of the importance of DEI in the legal community
• Offer information and guidance regarding ongoing DEI initiatives
• Create a safe, collaborative space to discuss all aspects of the DEI journey.
