Conflicts and Intake Analyst

Miles & Stockbridge is seeking an experienced Conflicts and Intake Analyst in the Baltimore office.  The Conflicts and Intake Analyst will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing new client and intake matter forms, gathering and verifying entity and party information, conducting research and analysis on all conflicts names associated with new matters, and applying business rules to search criteria necessary for the Firm to determine whether or not it may accept new clients under prevailing ethical rules, applicable law and internal policies. 


The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience working in a corporate law firm conflicts department.  The candidate should have strong attention to detail, time management skills, ability to handle and maintain confidential information, excellent interpersonal skills, as this position involves working directly with legal practice assistants, paralegals and attorneys on a daily basis to gather information and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
