Wiley, a leading Washington, DC law firm, has an immediate need for an experienced recruiter to assist on a contract basis with the firm’s Human Resources department. Responsibilities will include coordinating recruiting and hiring processes for professional staff positions, sourcing and screening job applicants, and scheduling interviews. Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant human resources experience is required, including previous experience conducting interviews. Previous experience in an HR or talent management function within a law firm or professional services firm a plus.
This is a remote role and an independent contractor position. This role is eligible to work up to 40 hours per week, but the firm will consider individuals interested in part-time arrangements. Position term is expected to begin immediately and last 2 to 3 months.
